Do you have knowledge or a suspicion of legal violations or breaches of duty?

The bardusch whistleblower system enables employees, business partners and other stakeholders to report possible violations of generally recognised or Bardusch-specific standards, as well as of national and international laws. This includes serious compliance violations and criminal offences such as corruption and fraud, theft and embezzlement, coercion and bullying, as well as other rule violations such as discrimination and abuse of power. Violations to human rights or environmental aspects and corresponding risks can also be reported. Impending or planned violations or mere suspicions can and should also be reported. Even if these prove to be unfounded in retrospect, whistleblowers will not be penalised.

Please name the company concerned. Describe the facts of the case as precisely as possible, including the people involved, the time and place of the incident. Provide the names of any witnesses. If possible, also send documents such as pictures, e-mails, etc. that support the suspicion.
